Robert A. Robinson, Jr. was born in Donalsonville, Georgia on January 16, 1948 to Louise Robinson and Robert A. Robinson. He was employed by Kaiser Agricultural Chemicals in Bainbridge, Georgia, retiring after twenty-two years of service. Robert also worked for Belk-Simpson, retiring after eighteen years. In addition, he worked at First Baptist Church for thirty-three years. Robert loved to be around his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He was known to have a great sense of humor and a kind heart. His hobbies were fishing, work and family. On Sunday, June 8, 2014, THE LORD called HIS son Robert Home, and he answered quietly in his sleep. He now joins his wife, Cynthia A. Robinson, father, Robert A. Robinson, Sr., brother, Jimmie Lee Robinson, and sister, Lula Robinson, in rest. He leaves to mourn his wife of three years, Rose Robinson of Bainbridge, Georgia; his stepchildren; his children: Robin Robinson-Andrews (Phillip), Tamera Robinson, Charlotte Robinson, all of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren: Taylor Boyd, Brandon Andrews, Sydney Andrews, Ana Andrews, and Kamryn Robinson; his mother, Lousise Robinson of Bainbridge, Georgia; his sisters, Maggie Butler of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Clemmie Davis (Charles) of Climax, Georgia; a host of aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
